Kardenge provides AI automation, software development, and network engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment terms are set out in each individual agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to you on full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
