What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Come in with a problem ("we're wasting too much time on X" or "our network feels slow and unreliable") and we'll figure out the solution together. You don't need to know what you need โ€” that's our job.

Do I need to prepare anything before the first call?

No. Just be ready to talk about your business: what you do, how big your team is, and what's eating your time or causing you stress. We'll ask the right questions to surface the automation and infrastructure opportunities.

How soon can we start?

We take a limited number of new clients each month. If slots are available, we can often start the blueprint process within a week of the discovery call. Book early if you have a deadline.

What if the project goes over scope?

It won't change your price. We agree on scope before we start, and we absorb any time overruns on our end. If you want to add features after the blueprint is approved, we quote them separately as a new scope item โ€” always before doing the work.

Can I cancel the support retainer at any time?

Yes. Support retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice. We don't believe in locking clients in โ€” we believe in being good enough that you want to stay.
