Questions about Network Services.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Physical infrastructure work (cabling, rack installation, server setup) is on-site and local. Configuration, automation scripting, and audit work can be done remotely. SD-WAN and firewall work is typically a mix of both.

Which vendors do you support?

Cisco (IOS, IOS-XE, NX-OS), Juniper (Junos), Fortinet (FortiOS), Palo Alto, Aruba, MikroTik, pfSense, HP/HPE ProCurve, and Ubiquiti. For servers: Dell, HP, Supermicro on VMware, Proxmox, or bare metal Linux/Windows.

What does a network audit include?

A topology discovery and diagram, device inventory, configuration review, security gap analysis, performance baseline, and a written report with prioritised recommendations. The first call to scope it is always free.

Can you automate my existing network even if it wasn't set up by you?

Yes. We assess your current device fleet, verify SSH/API access, and build automation scripts around your existing infrastructure. We don't require you to replace hardware to automate it.

How long does a typical network project take?
